Some people might work remotely using video calls, take online courses, order food through an app, or even attend a doctor’s appointment virtually. These are not futuristic ideas our ancestors dreamt about, but rather digital transformation at work.

Digital transformation isn't slowing down anytime soon and has already reshaped many aspects of our daily life. Emerging technologies like artificial intelligence, virtual reality and smart automation are pushing even further, opening possibilities we couldn't imagine just a decade ago, but for this digital future to be truly meaningful, it needs to be inclusive. Access to tools and skills should be available to everyone regardless of location or income. By keeping people at the centre of innovation, we can create a more inclusive and opportunity- rich digital world.

  1. I especially like the way that you show the influence on the workplace, with a focus on the increased flexibility and expanded talent pools that Zoom and Teams have made possible. The observation that education without borders is also essential highlights the possibility of increased availability of learning experiences. Good Post.
